Industrial Controller

For a global leader in electrical solutions we are looking for an **INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER**, which will be a key partner for the local team of the group and which will support strategic investment and cost saving activities.
Main activities:
- Assist in integration activities as the site is new to the groupp;
- Drive accountability for achieving ISC performance metrics;
- Maintain and improve upon a reporting and analysis architecture that provides timely, accurate and relevant information to ISC decision makers and ensure reporting meets Group standards;
- Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for the site;
- Provide financial support to the ISC strategic planning effort;
- Lead CAPEX process, including financial analysis and prioritization of alternative investments, make vs. buy analysis etc., and communication of value creation;
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field, MBA is a plus
- 3 years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance required
- Previous experience in Operations/Manufacturing Finance would be nice to have
- Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities
- Sophisticated Microsoft Excel skills Place of work: Mantova (MN)
