**Profile**
- The Role:
The CAM integration & Business Opt. will co-ordinate and carry on all the activities related to the integration of new assets in our legacy portfolio. This role will be responsible for lead the integration call with all the Functions involved (Finance, O&M, Project Finance, Growth, E&C) to ensure that all the activities are coordinated, traced and managed, getting effectiveness in the integration of the new assets following or exceeding the business case; ensuring the completeness of the documentation register on all plants and the management of all assets bureaucratic procedures to be able to properly manage the acquired plants in coordination with the back office; assist in the due diligence of refinancing and\or sell-down and support in SPVs merging in case.
The CAM integration & Business Opt. will manage and resolve legal, contractual, regulatory, and commercial issues working together the other Functions and the wider AM team and following the specific post-closing activities until they are closed (also beyond the integration phase). You will manage the day by day asset activities until the integration is closed and the hand over with the business as usual asset management teams; ensure that the assigned plants in integration are meeting electricity production targets while keeping costs under control; P&L responsibility for assigned portfolio of operating assets in integration; manage day-to-day stakeholder relationship management with local and state authorities, financing partners, regulatory agencies, landowners, and other entities in the integration phase and ensure the smoother as possible hand over to business as usual asset management.
Desirable Skills:

- Experience in the Italian photovoltaic/renewables and electricity market
- Good relationship builder with excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of modern PC software and communication tools e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong language skills in spoken and written English
