**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside Design Director to develop creative ideas that reflect the brand’s visual identity and the Creative Director’s vision.
- Develop packaging design for perfumes and home fragrance products: creative design proposals, technical files, materials and techniques research, analysis of user experience.
- Develop visual merchandising presentations (in-store products display, window design) to improve customer perception and brand visibility.
- Overview project management from concept development to final execution of the project.
- Create brand identity guidelines and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Organize the existing brand graphic materials.
- Develop new graphic supports for digital communication and for editorial purposes.
- Create brand presentations and keep up to date with new content, launches, openings, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum experience 5 years in graphic/product design, ideally with focus on packaging and editorial design.
- Highly creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication.
- Team working and goal oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite. 3d and rendering software appreciated.
- Fluent in English.

Submission of project portfolio is welcome.
