**What are we looking for a Finance Deal Analyst**:

- With strong analytical decision making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interests and make decisions based on incomplete or unreliable information to help structure and price deals to maximize profits
- Able to work and reprioritize within a changing environment and cope with challenging customer timelines
- Independent, proactive, self-starter with high tolerance of ambiguity
- Excellent relationship builder, with strong verbal & written communication skills. Must have necessary personal impact to build credibility with internal customers at Senior levels from Commercial, Solution, Legal, and Procurement

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead financial evaluation and risk assessment of local and international deals:

- Bid Process & Control: ensure that opportunities are qualified into the Enterprise Deal Review & Approval process considering the best interests of the business. Assist and advise key stakeholders on the structure and development of commercial strategies to maximize business profitability. Work with Tax, Treasury, procurement, regulatory and Legal teams to understand, quantify and mitigate contracting risks within deals
- Bid review & recommendation: act as Finance Lead providing financial analysis of deal P&L and risk and opportunity assessment. Identify, explore and communicate material items that could have financial impacts to the business. Prepare executive summaries for decision making to controller/CFO
- Projects: provide finance support to different projects, such as: product development assessment, Investment decisions, partnership evaluations

- Drive business results and facilitate the business development securing financials KPIs
- Ability to balance complex Financial concepts and communicate to wide range of stakeholders

**Functional & Technical / Skills**:

- Excel expertise with preferably with programming mindset (VBA, Python, or other language)
- Strong system aptitude (SAS, MicroStrategy ), data analysis, and processesà
- Experienced in preparing presentations to senior management

**Credentials & Experience**:

- Having experience in Digital and telecom industry
- Proven experience in decision support / commercial analyst role, preferably in Telecoms industry. Strong analytical background
- Proven track record of delivery in fast paced, changing environment
