**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

British American Tobacco Italy is looking for a passionate, highly motivated digital, website and e-commerce executive with a positive and can-do attitude, to join our Marketing department, based in Rome.

As a Digital, Website & E-Commerce Executive in our team you will have the opportunity for a first-hand experience working in a multinational company, with a dynamic team in an excellent working environment.

**Reports to**:SEA E-Commerce Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Lead all the ecommerce in Italy for specific category aiming at growing and improving e-commerce sales
- Work closely with the agency to improve the business behaviour, page in terms of number of clicks, improve the customer experience, adapting global contents to local ones
- Channel strategy including promotion management and stock analysis
- Analysis of data for reporting purposes (critical metrics, targets, etc.)
- Co-management of Digital Advertising insights from different coordinated sources
- Daily use of digital analytic tool and support in the implementation of Digital Editorial Plans
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have a proficient English and Italian Level?
- Are you expert in Digital, Website & E-Commerce?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 3 to 4 years within B2C digital marketing - website and e-commerce
- 3 to 4 years experience of ecommerce external platforms WOW (Amazon or similar)
- Proven experience with affiliate programs (Trade Doubler)
- SEO programs experience and understanding
- Good understanding of digital and ecommerce critical metrics
- Experience with web-based markup languages (CSS, HTML)
- eCommerce platforms management: MAGENTO/SHOPIFY platforms technical knowledge and expertise
- Good knowledge of Content Builder Systems (Marketing Cloud, WP Bakery, etc.) and Content Management Systems (WordPress, Magento, etc.)
- Proficiency in Office especially in Excel and Power Point
