**Mission**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the style office for the stylistic trends and to check research results;
- Materials research and development;
- Define a raw materials development specification;
- Collaborate with Quality Department in order to define the technical aspects, testing activities for raw material and to verify compliance according to the company's qualitative parameters;
- Use the database (Modelform) to register the technical data sheets of materials shared with suppliers;
- Monitor the orders of samples leather;
- Control the quality and industrialization of raw materials;
- Anticipating and managing production issues, proposing solutions when required.

PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent;
- Experience (4/5 years) in the fashion industry or tanneries;
- An experience in industrialization of leather is considered a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of materials (Leather and Fabric) and of production processes;
- Strong attention to new trends and research;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English.
