Farm4trade develops Computer Vision solutions based on Artificial Intelligence and digital productivity tools for the zootechnical industry. Our goal is to improve Animal Health, Animal Welfare and Food Traceability across the full livestock value chain.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a motivated product marketing manager to join our marketing team. The resource will have a key role in supporting the strategy development, and overall success of a company's products.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Ability to achieve projects goals, and follow up on projects until completion;
- Define the product vision, goals, and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives;
- Identify market opportunities, conduct market research, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions;
- Develop a clear product roadmap that outlines the planned features and enhancements over time;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch products;
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments;
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvements based on market insights;
- Create and prioritize detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases;
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and gather insights for future product enhancements;
- Manage customer feedback and prioritize feature requests.

**Requirements**:

- A master or bachelor degree in economics, marketing, management or other similar disciplines;
- Experience in the field of economic-financial and marketing planning for projects;
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as being a team player;
- A positive global mindset.

**What We Offer**:

- **Contract Type**: permanent contract - CCNL Commercio/Terziario;
- **Working Hours**: flexible working hours - Full time (40 hours per week) / Part-time (30 hours per week);
- **Work location**:we offer the possibility to work from home or in hybrid mode.
