Robotics Deployment

**Job Description Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support and in some cases to lead the deployment of robotic systems in our manufacturing facilities, with a specific focus on digital integration aspects.
This dual-role is critical in:

- Identifying and implementing robotization opportunities to support growth and scalability in low-volume, high-mix production environments.
- Acting as the main interface between factory operations and digital technology teams (IT/OT) to ensure seamless integration of robotic systems into our digital landscape (SAP, MES, windchill,, etc.).

Nous recherchons un-e Coordinateur-rice de projets hautement motivé-e et expérimenté-e pour soutenir, et dans certains cas piloter, le déploiement de systèmes robotiques dans nos sites de production, avec un focus particulier sur les aspects intégration digitale.
Ce rôle hybride est essentiel pour:

- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des opportunités de robotisation afin de soutenir la croissance et la montée en capacité, notamment dans des environnements de production à faible volume et forte mixité.
- Assurer l’interface principale entre les opérations en usine et les équipes technologies digitales (IT/OT) afin de garantir une intégration fluide des systèmes robotiques dans notre paysage digital (SAP, MES, Windchill, etc.).

**Project Management & Execution**
- Coordinate or lead the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic projects from concept to commissioning with factory teams & integrators
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, maintenance, safety) and external vendors/integrators.
- Manage project risks, change controls, and resource constraints to ensure successful deployment.

**Business Case Development**
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify automation/robotization opportunities.
- Define ROI, payback period, and performance KPIs for proposed robotic investments.
- Prepare and present detailed business cases to Business Line leadership and robotics & automation council to support capital investment decisions

**Digital System Integration (SAP, MES, Networks, Databases)**
- Act as the key interface between operational teams and IT/digital stakeholders to align needs and system requirements.
- Ensure proper integration of robotic and automation systems with enterprise platforms (SAP, MES, SCADA,).
- Validate data flow and system compatibility: including master data, production orders, traceability, and real-time data.
- Support network infrastructure planning, cybersecurity compliance, and digital architecture design.

**Technical Support & Oversight**
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to validate technical feasibility and integration of robotic systems.
- Oversee system acceptance testing (FAT, SAT) and post-installation performance validation.
- Collaborate with the Digital organization teams to ensure the readiness of production sites for new robotic systems (connectivity, data mapping, protocols).

**Continuous Improvement & Strategy**
- Support the development of roadmaps for future robotic initiatives in the factories and the scalability of some running projects.
- Contribute to the roadmap of robotic and digital initiatives at the factory and business line level.
- Help define integration standards, digital best practices, and scalable solutions.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability building across sites to strengthen the organization’s digital maturity..
- Support internal capability building and knowledge transfer across sites.

**Gestion et Exécution de Projets**
- Coordonner ou piloter la planification, l’exécution et la livraison de projets robotiques, de la conception à la mise en service, en collaboration avec les équipes usine et les intégrateurs.
- Définir le périmètre, les objectifs, les livrables, le calendrier et le budget du projet en alignement avec les parties prenantes.
- Coordonner les interactions avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, opérations, maintenance, sécurité) et les prestataires externes/intégrateurs.
- Gérer les risques, les changements et les contraintes de ressources pour assurer le succès du déploiement.

**Élaboration de Business Cases**
- Analyser les processus de fabrication afin d’identifier des opportunités d’automatisation/robotisation.
- Définir le ROI, les délais de retour sur investissement et les indicateurs de performance pour les projets robotiques envisagés.
- Préparer et présenter des business cases détaillés aux directions opérationnelles et au conseil robotique & automatisation pour soutenir les décisions d’investissement.

**Intégration digitale (SAP, MES, réseaux, bases de données)**
- Assurer le rôle d’interface clé entre les équipes opérationnelles et les parties prenantes IT/digitales
