Vendor Onboarding and Risk Analyst

- SoHo Dragon_ is a growing company and is always on the lookout for new, energized talent to join our team for long term contract work. We're looking for a **Vendor Onboarding and Risk Analyst** that can read and write Italian/English with native level proficiency that can work regular business hours in (GMT+2) time zone.
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the vendor onboarding process and ensure that vendors meet our TPRM program requirements
- Conduct risk assessments for new and existing vendors using Archer GRC tools
- Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies for vendors
- Collaborate with the Vendor Management team to ensure that vendors comply with our policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to their onboarding status
- Monitor vendor performance and conduct periodic risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance
- Maintain and update vendor information in Archer GRC system Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to vendor onboarding and risk management
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to vendor management and risk management
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or a related field
- Experience with Archer GRC or TPRM systems
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to vendor management and risk management
- Fluent in Italian and English
