NHOA, with offices in France, the United States and Australia, maintains entirely in Italy research, development and production of its technologies. **Posizione**: We are looking for a **Procurement Intern** who, reporting to the Head of Procurement will work to reinforce and expand the NHOA’s Suppliers ecosystem. **Main Tasks and Duties**: - Support the daily operational procurement projects (e.g. prepare and issue RFQs and POs); - Support the qualification of new suppliers; - Analyse and compare quotes (from prices, T&Cs, lead time, list of exclusions); - Keep updated NHOA’s vendor list using the Supplier Vendor Portal. **Requisiti**: - Bachelor’s Degree; - Proficiency in written and spoken English; - Organised, self-directed and efficient at work; - Able to set and maintain high standards of performance; - Committed and accountable for completing tasks successfully and independently; - "Think outside of the box" creative mind; **Altre informazioni**: **Location**: Hybrid remote (from Italy) and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi. **What we offer** - An ambitious employer; we only want the best for you; - Professional experience in an international environment with frequent contact with other colleagues and partner around the world; - Strengthen cross-functional communication skills; - Be part of the young (35 on avg.) and international (+26 nationalities) group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment; - Always room for new ideas
