**Construction Project Manager**:

**Presentation of** job position**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the control of construction site activities, in terms of times, costs, economic budget and quality of the works, with constant reference to the timetable;
- Monitor work progress, prepare work progress status reports;
- Supervise the works in progress in a constant and continuous manner to guarantee the quality of the works and compliance with legislative and procedural requirements;
- Ensure constant presence on site, for direct contact and supervision of activities;
- Check supply and consumption needs to direct the purchase of materials;
- Check the quality and quantity of the materials used;
- Keep track of the activities carried out and supervise the carrying out of the activities according to the agreed timetable;
- Maintain contact with suppliers of materials and services as needed;
- Contribute to the management of the technical-administrative activities of the order, managing the administrative documents and accounting documents (work progress statuses, related invoicing, etc.);
- Create periodic reports that allow the improvement of the accuracy of the estimates and the detailed verification of the costs associated with the individual order;
- Ensure compliance with the budget defined in the estimate and contribute to the management of final deviations, independently carrying out the collection, census and tracking of the data/documents necessary for the evaluation of corrective actions;
- Ensure the implementation of price analyses, cost evaluations and identification and quantification of charges, risks and constraints connected to the various projects/orders.

**What we** offer**:
**VAT or employee contract**, with salary based on previous experience. Any bonuses linked to the productivity of the resource may be provided as a supplement.

**Requirements**:

- Has gained previous experience of at least 5 years in similar roles.
- A good knowledge of budget management methods and basic technical-administrative skills regarding the management of the construction site in a manner consistent with the work program are essential requirements.
- Solid command of Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Project are a fundamental element.
