OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
PRD/4341

che dovrà dirigere la gestione ed il coordinamento dell'intero processo produttivo e dei flussi dei materiali assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, della qualità e degli standard qualitativi definiti, l'identificazione delle aree di miglioramento in ordine ai processi ed ai costi della produzione, l'individuazione delle azioni necessarie per ottimizzare l'efficienza nei singoli reparti rivedendo, ove opportuno e possibile, le procedure in ottica LEAN, l'analisi e l'ottimizzazione dei processi, la redazione del budget di produzione, la gestione ed il coordinamento e lo sviluppo delle risorse umane al fianco del responsabile della funzione H.R.
Contribuirà alla redazione del Business Plan annuale, interagirà con la Direzione Generale e con le altre funzioni nella definizione e pianificazione delle strategie aziendali per quanto attiene agli aspetti relativi alla gestione della produzione.

Riporterà alla Direzione Generale, la sede di lavoro è in provincia di BRESCIA.
