**INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER**

Job Overview

We’re looking for an Industrial Controller to join our Finance team in Modena.

The Industrial Controller designs and manages the management control system, as well directs and plans the preparation of reports that summarize and forecast business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.

IC is active providing analysis for the management decision-making process and ensures a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.

IC is also responsible for enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.

The Industrial Controller will be responsible for/to:

- Preparing annual budgets, forecasts and reports, as well as coordinating group business and industrial reporting
- Analyzing and interpreting business and industrial reports, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow
- Supporting financial decisions by developing and monitoring policies and procedures
- Evaluating and enhancing financial and business controls
- Performing internal audits and risk assessments, as well as facilitating intervention strategies
- Improving closing and reporting cycles
- Overseeing and analyzing profit center performance metrics
- Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with financial management and accounting regulations
- Controlling information system and maintaining data quality
- Leading the controlling team
- Consolidated process and consolidated reports
- Consolidated Rolling Forecasts
- Provide Variance Analysis to investigate and interpret financial results
- Provide costs analysis for new projects
- Monthly Stock Analysis and its reports
- Analyze Monthly Sales, profit margins and cost analysis.
