**Technical Solution Account**

**Il Ruolo**
Il Technical Solution Account sarà il principale punto di contatto per i clienti e si occuperà di:
Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze e fornendo soluzioni personalizzate a seconda delle necessità
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i clienti per comprendere i loro requisiti di rete e identificare le migliori soluzioni per migliorare le prestazioni, la sicurezza e l'affidabilità della loro infrastruttura di rete.
- Fornire un supporto continuo ai clienti dopo la vendita, garantendo un'implementazione efficace delle soluzioni e rispondendo prontamente alle richieste di assistenza o problemi tecnici.
- Collaborare con il team tecnico interno per progettare e sviluppare soluzioni di networking innovative e efficienti
**Requisiti**
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Meccatronica, Elettronica o Elettrotécnica
- Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni nel settore
- Conoscenza approfondita di cavi, switch, connettori, rack e sistemi meccatronici
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione
- Orientamento all'innovazione e alla ricerca di soluzioni creative
- Conoscenza di software di progettazione e simulazione
