The Salesforce legal department is uniquely technology-driven and dynamic. Based in Salesforce's Milan office, you will join this amazing team supporting the Salesforce business across EMEA.

As a legal intern, you will gain invaluable insight into the legal issues affecting a leading cloud computing company. You will be an active member of the legal team, contributing to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Projects you can expect include participating in customer contract negotiations and evaluating legal issues related to contract or privacy matters across Europe.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Participate in customer contract negotiations
- Evaluate legal issues relating to contracts and privacy matters across Europe
- Contribute to both complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities within the legal team

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law at a university in Milan, expected to graduate in 2026.

- Law student interested in gaining experience within a technology company’s legal department
- Must be eligible to enter into a curricular **Convenzione di tirocinio**(internship agreement) with their university for the entire duration of the internship.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal legal and business groups
- Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly
- Positive and professional attitude, including dependability, timeliness, and a penchant for discretion
- Proactive, results-driven, and eager to learn

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Strong familiarity with technical Internet concepts and cloud computing
- Strong interest in and/or experience in the high technology industry
- Demonstrated aptitude and passion for learning new things
- Commitment to and interest in community service
