Within the Observation system department “E2E System Design and Verification Unit”, he/she has to support the development of SAR Processing & Post Processing tools.

**Task description**:

- Developing scientific algorithms in the fields of SAR remote sensing, image processing and, in particular, for not standard geometries/operative modes
- Developing SAR payloads simulator
- Prototyping, implementing and testing of processing chains and generation of value-added products
- Processing of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data
- Analysis of SAR data including main System Performance measurements
- Calibration activities on SAR data
- Writing technical documents, project reports
