We are looking for an **IT ERP Specialist** who will support the development and optimization of business processes in the ERP area.

**Your tasks**:

- Coordinate collaboration with experts on the current platform to migrate to Stealth and the new PIM.
- Support business operations in the Order to Cash process within Stealth and PIM systems.
- Provide second-level support for technical issues related to the Stealth system.
- Identify gaps and document operational procedures.
- Prepare training sessions for business stakeholders involved in the ERP system.
- Understand strategic business drivers and gather requirements for the execution and planning of the IT Business Application Road Map.

**Your profile**:

- University degree in computer engineering, business administration, or relevant experience in a similar technology-oriented position.
- Knowledge of Stealth or a similar ERP system in the Order to Cash / active cycle area.
- Experience in migration projects to Stealth would be a significant advantage.
- Understanding of distribution processes, preferably with experience in the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies for support, project management, and requirements engineering would be an asset.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; good knowledge of Italian or German would be a plus.
