**Dematic** is looking for a talented **Site Manager** for the **food sector** to be hired with a permanent contract, for its Customer Site in **Monselice.** He/She will **manage the resident site team of maintenance technicians/team leaders, external contractors and software engineers **to consistently and successfully deliver contractual KPI’s within time and budget. He/She will provide an environment and framework of service excellence to support our customers’ requirements and activities.

**The Site Manager is going to perform strategic and operative tasks**:

- **Manage and coordinate** the **work activities **of the internal and external staff
- Be the primary point of contact with the Customer (lead reviews, participate to steering, arrange minutes and follow-up meetings, management of the escalation)
- **Plan and coordinate all the on-site activities** (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts warehouse management, workshop and repair activities
- Lead the site **Health & Safety plan** and ensure compliance to it
- Ensure that foreseeable tasks are identified, and that relevant Risk Assessments and Method Statements are created
- Maintain quality control and compliance procedures within the production workflow
- Coach, mentor and implement a succession planning model to ensure a continued quality of employees (training plan, performance review)
- **Ensure a** **close working relationship within the CS department** and other departments (market leaders, finance, procurement, spare parts )
- Work with resident team in order to ensure the fully availability of the system under the service contract obligations
- Manage and prioritize service activities to minimise impact to the customer’s business
- Do periodically KPI analysis and write reports about the service activities

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Who we are looking for?**
- **Bachelor and Master Degree** or Technical diploma in **Economics, Mechanical, Electrical** or similar studies
- **At least 8 years of experience** in contract management, project management and in leading a team of technicians
- Previous **experience as Site Maintenance Manager** in a complex organization
- Experience in material handling environment will be considered as a plus (e.g. highly automated production plants)
- Experience in **Continuous Improvement techniques** and budget/cost control
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards to the site
- Pro-active approach and curiosity towards the sector of logistic supply chain and industrial automation
- Strong interpersonal and very good communication skills
- Good written and spoken knowledge of Italian and English
