**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Be part of this exciting opportunity as a Kyndryl Business Development Partner (BDP).
As a Kyndryl BDP you will bring credibility and seniority to build trusted client relationships across the client CxO suite aimed to drive business in new Kyndryl target clients.
This role is focused on a set of clients to convert strategic new logos into Kyndryl references over time with a medium term investment approach.
You will be part of Kyndryl transformation journey and contribute to shape a new organization culture and participate in Kyndryl’s growth path.Critical to this role is a successful track record in hunting IT services sales engagements with ambition to shape complex, multitower deals building.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to cover the breadth of responsibility outlined below:
Target & onboard new logos and expand client portfolio:
Gather relevant vertical and market knowledge to forge relationships with buying offices of targeted clients
Build a client journey aimed to Identify and develop the most attractive opportunities for potential engagement with focus on shaping complex, multi-tower deals building.
Leverage smaller and tactical engagements as part of the growing path.
Orchestrate Kyndryl extended team through opportunity lifecycle and actively participate to it as part of the team.
Act as trusted client Partner fostering client relationship, through consultative selling approach, in the long-term strategic nature of the role.
Understand client requirement, act as primary client contact and bring the “best of Kyndryl” to client (offerings, use cases, etc.)
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
**Key attributes required for success**:
**Relationships**
- Proven experience in CxO-level client relationships
- Ability to navigate independently through client organizations to get to the key decision makers
- Connected in their market: able to open doors from past relationships
**Sales**
- Credible results in building and managing large IT services sales pipeline
- Entrepreneurial thinker: able to think outside the box and imagine / stretch to construct large opportunities
- Consultative seller approach with significant experience in building senior relationships & partnerships
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing different stages of Sales Lifecycle
**Domain expertise**
- Knowledge of Key IT dynamics and evolution trend.
