Stage - Learning and Development - Business

SKY Italia ricerca una figura da inserire in stage all’interno della struttura di Learning and Development - BUSINESS - Operation Business.
La figura si occuperà di fornire supporto nella creazione e condivisione della documentazione a sostegno dei corsi di formazione sui prodotti Sky Business, oltre che analizzare i pain point ed identificare opportunità con l’obiettivo di migliorare l’esperienza dei clienti.
In particolare, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Creare e aggiornare la documentazione e i materiali a supporto della formazione per la gestione cliente Bar e Hotel a 360°;
- Collaborare con i team della direzione per migliorare la documentazione prodotta, ottimizzare l'esperienza del fruitore finale;
- Fornire supporto per l'implementazione di aggiornamenti o nuovi contenuti all'interno delle piattaforme Learning;
- Raccogliere gli insight dagli operatori/team leader/trainer, diventando portavoce delle esigenze crm;
- Presidiare i tavoli di lavoro con gli stakeholder (es. Marketing, Technology, ecc).
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e spiccata visione d’insieme;
- Approccio relazionale flessibile e collaborativo, con propensione al team working;
- Buona capacità relazionale;
- Disponibilità, buona capacità di gestione del tempo e di pianificazione delle attività.
