JOB SUMMARY

Part of the Wholesale team, the Sales Analyst plays a key role by analyzing data collected from the main wholesale partners and shared with the Sales team. In addition, the role also supports part of the Merchandise Financial Planning and Inventory Management side of the business.

Major duties include:

- Collect data from main wholesale partners in Europe and the Middle East to elaborate in order to analyze sell through, turnover and all other KPIs
- Create weekly reports by customer to provide the sales team with insightful data- Merchandise Financial Planning and Inventory Management
- Supporting with the Monthly Forecast reviews
- Inputting in Stratos monthly and yearly receipts target including reforecasting sales, margin, receipts and inventory
- Liaising with Customer service to ensure stock transfers between channels
- Create stock lists to support inventory clearance strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business in their respective markets keeping an eye on stock levels and sell through performance in order to suggest potential reorders
- Create reports for product monthly meetings to analyze trends across different partners, regions and countries
- Analyze the performance of the collection at a season and style level
- Together with the sales directors and account executives, set Fiscal year turnover targets and closely monitor the monthly performance of each customer
