Coordinamento delle attività del team interno (Social Media Manager e Creativi);
- Creazione di una strategia social e digital per lo sviluppo dell'awareness e per l'engagement per il pubblico della band;
- Supervisione della realizzazione del piano editoriale, valutazione dei copy e delle proposte creative;
- Gestione del rapporto con i fornitori esterni (es. etichetta discográfica, organizzatore concerti, brand ) per la realizzazione di attività social e digital il relazione alle collaborazioni e coerenti con il tone of voice della band;

- Esperienza nel ruolo di Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager o Project Manager su progetti digital e social strategici in ambito musicale;
- Solide competenze nella realizzazione e valutazione di strategie creative ed editoriali;
- Esperienza nel coordinamento delle attività di team interni e fornitori esterni;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

Non sarà necessaria la presenza in ufficio e la figura selezionata potrà scegliere una città di riferimento tra le tre in cui è presente la sede della società.
