Si ricerca figura professionale di responsabile con esperienza, per la gestione dei dipendenti e dell'area appartenente al centralino telefonico incentrato al customer service, alla conferma delle prenotazioni ed eventuali programmazioni di strategie di telemarketing.

Siamo una azienda operante nel settore sanitario con due strutture come centri medici.

Abbiamo dedicato un intero ufficio al customer service, con lo scopo di migliorare la qualità della comunicazione diretta al paziente e per tenere sotto controllo il corretto andamento operativo, attraverso conferme di prenotazione seguite poi da feedback diretti. Oltre allo scopo principale di poter lavorare al meglio le chiamate in entrata con l'obiettivo di guidare al meglio il cliente prima, durante e post l'utilizzo dei nostri servizi.

All'interno dell'ufficio (dotato di aria condizionata, due bagni, pc e parcheggio ampio gratuito) ci sarà una postazione dedicata personale con pc, cuffie e account al database aziendale collegato al CRM del centralino.

Possibilità di contratto determinato o anche indeterminato.

Contratto di lavoro: Collaborazione
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €800,00 - €1.000,00 al mese
