**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Assist customers using your troubleshooting skills by becoming a product expert
- Specialize in a specific brand and provide solutions as well as guidance to its users

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Hebrew**:

- B2/C1 level in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Experience in Customer Support
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a greek work permit
