Indirect Distribution Specialist Ultrasound Imi

**Job Description Summary**: The Indirect Distribution Specialist is responsible to manage and maintain distributor relationships with the goal to maximize sales results. This position will support GE Ultrasound segments to implement product strategy and the IMI Indirect Business leader to maximize results. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/key customer group, in accordance with the Country/Regional Business Plan.
Essential Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement together with the Indirect Distribution Leader a sales plan and strategy for CP aimed at achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets and to monitor and improve the cost effectiveness of GE´s Indirect distribution support in Italy
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlinesIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
- Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in Healthcare Industry, sales of medical equipment in Italy
- Knowledge of forecast mechanisms and CRM tools, advantage would be knowledge of SFDC
- Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business need.
- EU Work permit
