We're launching our very first **GoStudent learning centers** in **Milan**— and we're looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You'll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community. **Location**: Milan (on-site) **Contract**: Fixed Term— part-time (approx. 20h/week) in the afternoon, with a fixed base plus a performance-based commission on revenues **Your Role in Our Mission** - Oversee the daily operations of our first GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services - Build and lead a local team of tutors and education advisors, fostering an engaging and supportive environment - Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow our customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets - Nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results - Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and staff **What You Will Bring** - A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen - Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local team - Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Italian and English - A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences - Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements **Openness Statement** We value your unique skills and passion.
