Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per una prestigiosa azienda di design di alta gamma ricerca un:
**Sales Manager Europa**

Con riporto diretto al Direttore Commerciale, la figura di Sales Manager avrà comprovata esperienza nel settore dell’arredo di alta gamma, per supportare l’espansione commerciale dell’azienda sui principali mercati europei.

La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare e consolidare il network distributivo, identificare nuove opportunità retail, stabilire collaborazioni strategiche con rappresentanti e rafforzare le relazioni con studi di interior design e architettura, in linea con la vocazione progettuale e bespoke dell’Azienda.

**Principali Responsabilità**:

- Sviluppare e implementare la strategia commerciale per l’Europa in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Identificare, selezionare e negoziare nuove aperture di punti vendita e showroom monomarca se ne esistessero le condizioni nei mercati target.
- Gestire e rafforzare la rete dei rivenditori, mantenendo relazioni solide con i relativi decision makers.
- Individuare e collaborare con agenti e rappresentanti locali per un’efficace penetrazione del brand nei vari territori.
- Sviluppare relazioni dirette con interior designers, architetti e studi di progettazione di alto livello, con focus su progetti bespoke e chiavi in mano.
- Coordinare attività di brand positioning, supportando il marketing nella definizione di eventi, fiere e iniziative locali.
- Monitorare le performance di vendita, analizzare i mercati di riferimento e proporre azioni correttive.

**Requisiti Richiesti**:

- Almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nel settore dell’arredamento di lusso o interior design, in ruoli commerciali o di sviluppo mercato.
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principali mercati europei e delle dinamiche distributive nel settore arredo high-end.
- Network consolidato con rivenditori, studi di architettura/interior design e rappresentanti nei paesi di competenza.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; francese e/o tedesco preferibile.
- Approccio strategico e orientato ai risultati, forte capacità di negoziazione e relazione.
- Disponibilità a frequenti viaggi internazionali.
