Our Client is a leading international company operating in the steel and metal-working businesses on international scale. In order to strengthen their Italian Health Safety and Environmental industrial function, they’re looking for an HSE Manager.

**Posizione**:

- Coordinating the HSE Department for the assigned perimeter (Industrial Plant and Warehouses) and a small dedicated Team (2 People);
- Organize and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe working practices and relevant regulations, managing relations and operations with both internal and external process stakeholders;
- Implement and maintain effective health, safety, and environmental policies aligned on corporate’s objectives and requirements;
- Identify potential risks within the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate and control them;
- Maintain relations with external bodies; manage the relevant documentations;
- Manage certification audits (ie. ISO 14001 e ISO 45001);
- Develop and strengthen a positive safety culture within the assigned perimeter, workforce and management teams, bringing on safety programs, such as emergency response plans, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental management systems.

**Requisiti**:

- 5/10 years of experience in similar roles within complex and structured industrial corporate environments;
- English language knowledge, both written and spoken, is a relevant plus;
- Having already worked in modern international and production contexts with ISO-45001 or similar logics and having already obtained the qualification of HSE Manager or RSPP will be considered highly preferential requirements;
- Ability in managing a Team, working with proactivity and effectiveness.
