**This position reports to**:
Global Product Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Pre-project assessments, based on technical verifications and preliminary calculations
- Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs
- Advice and provide comment on customer technical requirement specifications
- Release technical proposal, being responsible for the whole technical offer package
- Estimate project and product costs
- Provide technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations
- Participate to product management meetings to support requirement’s definition of new developments
- Analysis of auxiliary market and competitors
- Manage Requirements Management tool for new customer and projects

**Your background**:

- Power Electronics knowledge (DC/DC and DC/AC topologies, modulations techniques, power electronic components, thermal design)
- Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- PhD in Power Electronics domain is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience, knowledge of basic and power electronics
- Knowledge of railway standards will be considered a plus
- Initiative, creativity and great attention to detail, good team spirit
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- Railways standards would be considered a plus
- Fluent English knowledge, German and Italian would be considered a plus
