**Merchandising Analyst**
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del Merchandising Director, svolgerà le attività di analisi strettamente collegate al prodotto e andamento di business.
**Responsabilità**
REPORTING E ANALISI:
- Raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare settimanalmente i dati di vendita a livello mondo, per area geográfica, canale, stagione, categoria prodotto;
- Analisi KPI di business e di prodotto e creazione, in collaborazione con IT, di una reportistica standard fruibile a diversi livelli aziendali;
- Analisi marginalità per categoria di prodotto;
- Presentazione al top management di analisi approfondite delle vendite per identificare punti di forza, punti deboli, opportunità e sfide;
- Sviluppo analisi ad hoc per progetti strategici incentrati sulla strategia di allocazione e gestione degli stock;
- Lavorare a stretto contatto e in modo trasversale con i team di retail, B2B, finance, produzione per garantire la strategia a breve termine e a lungo termine.
BUDGETING E DEFINIZIONE OTB
- Supporto all’analisi di budget;
- Definizione OTB canale Retail e supporto alla definizione degli OTB per distributori.
PRICING
- Gestione di tutte le attività relative al pricing.
**Requisiti**
- Laurea in materie economiche e similari;
- +5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di business analyst/merchandising analyst/ retail controller;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche retail;
- Spiccato interesse per il settore luxury e fashion;
- Ottima conoscenza e padronanza di Excel;
- Spiccate doti analitiche e orientamento al dettaglio, con approccio proattivo e propositivo;
- Abilità nel lavorare in contesti veloci e a carattere imprenditoriale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
