What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Sisal Corporate Procurement and in particular in the Sisal Italian Procurement Department reporting directly to Procurement Director- You will have the opportunity to be involved into optimization of Sisal Corporate Procurement activities, monitoring overall Sisal spent, identifying opportunities for Cost optimization as well as new Services to be introduced and driving system and process design and implementation. You will act as Project Manager for Procurement reorganization processes, you will responsible for KPI, Reporting and Procurement Systems, involved into design, implementation and management activities. You will act as Project Manager for International multi-disciplinare Procurement Projects.

Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in industrial/Commercial Multinational Companies or Consultacy Firms, acting as Procurement Manager, Project Manager or Process Improvement Manager, with proven experience of successful leading Procurement Optimization projects. You are well experienced in KPI/system implementation projects as well as process/procedure design and implementation in Procurement Area (preferable context, for example: structured contexts such as consultancy firms, communication agencies and / or end customers, companies in the entertainment industry);- You have a degree in Engineering, Economy, Finance or Business Management;- You have excellent knowledge of Procurement tools covering all/some of requested areas, i.e. Vendor Rating, Vendor Management, P2P; Office Package (Excel, Word and Power Point);- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive, a team player and leader, used to problem solving, organized and focused on results;- You know people management, leading a multifunctional team, drive projects, design reporting systems.

Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in working in multinational Companies;- Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, Visual Basic or Oracle DB as well as French.
