**Posizione**:
La risorsa, riportando gerarchicamente al Direttore Industriale, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare la produzione, divisa in più reparti, in ottica di Lean Production. In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Ottimizzare e pianificare il flusso produttivo sulla base delle priorità, interfacciandosi con i reparti di Ingegneria Industriale, Logistica, Acquisiti, Qualità e Supply Chain;
- Gestire i reparti produttivi in sinergia con i responsabili a diretto riporto;
- Ottimizzare i flussi produttivi coordinandosi con il team di miglioramento continuo secondo le logiche di lean production, identificando KPI, azioni correttive e proponendo nuove soluzioni per il miglioramento continuo sia per la produzione che manutenzione
- Definire il budget di produzione;
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza in base agli standard aziendali certificativi ISO 14001 e ISO 450019;

**Requisiti**:
Il/La Plant Production Manager è in possesso delle seguenti competenze e caratteristiche:

- Preferibile Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale
- Esperienza di almeno 5-7 anni di esperienza nel ruolo, maturata preferibilmente in contesti tecnico-organizzativi di prodotto e processo;
- Ottima conoscenza delle logiche Lean;
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e, preferibilmente SAP;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
