Mission:
Manage the advertising projects organization ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality of service.

Main Responsibilities:

- Plan, concept and execute elevated photography and video content. Co-manage the process from concept ideation to video and photo post production as well as proposing photographers, directors, agencies, CGI partners, stylists and casting;
- Attend shootings (pictures and video) WW in order to ensure consistency between image and product requirements and to do a preselection of images;
- Conceptualize creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intent for each assigned project;
- Perform aesthetic research, moodboard and mock up creation to visualize the art direction of each project
- Ensure the consistency of creative output with project objectives and with the creative direction;
- Coordinate the stream of internal brainstorming and approval, being able to summarize a wide range of information into key concept presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate suppliers activities (CGI, production and post production) and ensure deliveries within the given timing and budget

- Degree in Creative direction and Communications or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Experience within luxury industry especially Jewels and Watches is considered a plus
- Excellent English
- Great knowledge of Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, premiere, after effect, indesign, imovie, final cut pro) and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Graphic skills
- Exceptional project management, organization and interpersonal skills
- Precision and attention to details is a must
- Flexibility and problem solving attitude
- Strong creative sense and high interest in luxury field
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities as well as strong can-do mentality
