**What is your role?**

We’re looking for **R&D Chemical lab internship **to join our R&D Chemical Lab team in Barge (CN). Reporting to the Research Analysis Manager you will work in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative working culture, with responsibility for the R&D area.

Responsabilità essenziali:
**Key responsibilities**:
Physical-chemical analysis of friction materials, interpretation of the resulting results and identification of any critical issues.
- Management of physical and chemical testing of friction materials
- Analysis of the results obtained and implementation of the necessary corrective actions in order to satisfy the Customers' requests
- Finding innovative solutions to the expected results of the material analyses tested

Requisiti di posizione:

- Relevant undergraduate course work in engineering, chemistry, biology, and associated laboratories is required
- Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical or similar fields
- Curiosity and passion for learning
- Positive attitude and self-motivated individual
- Results-driven individual
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Team-oriented and able to develop positive relationships with coworkers and partners.
