**Junior People Development Specialist**:
JOB MISSION

Enable global and cross-cultural support to the Organization and its development, supporting the building excellent, values
- and results-driven HR people management programs for the benefit and sustainability of our Community.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to the design and implementation of people strategies for global business
Follow the design and the successful implementation of the Company Performance management framework
Contribute to the design, implementation and monitoring of programs to evolve Leadership capabilities across the Organization, including the continuous cultivation of Davines’ values
Support the implementation and monitoring of Talent Management
Contribute to the roll-out of the people Engagement Surveys and programs
Follow the implementation and the management of the new Company LMS (Absorb)
Implement and update the Davines Learning Hub platform, with all trainings, materials.
Support the communication and the update of the training activities and their delivery.
Ensure the mandatory training processes related to GMP standards, in collaboration with HR Business Partner

**Data Analysis**: maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Manage administrative requirements (purchase orders)
Support the budget monitoring

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of experience in similar roles and environments
Bachelor or Master’s degree
Master in human resources will be considered a plus
Fluency in English will be mandatory
Proficient knowledge of Office 365 suite (especially power point and excel)
Curiosity, spirit of initiative and attention for details will complete the profile
