Role Overview:

- **Position**: Freelance Tour Guide
- **Location**: Como
- **Contract Type**: Freelance
- **Pay**:120€ per day** + **bonuses & performance incentives**:

- **Schedule**: Flexible — you choose your days and hours

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead engaging walking tours highlighting **Como’s** history, landmarks, and hidden gems
- Personalize each tour to match the interests of your guests
- Share stories and insights in a fun and natural way
- Offer outstanding customer service and create memorable travel experiences
- (Optional) Host food-focused tours for travelers passionate about local cuisine

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent knowledge of **Como’s** history, culture, and attractions
- Fluency in **one or more** of the following languages**:Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Chinese**:

- Friendly, enthusiastic personality with great communication skills
- Experience in guiding or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Flexibility to host tours lasting from **3 to 8 hours**
