**Descrizione lavoro**:
Siamo alla ricerca di **Operatori Control Room **da inserire nel nostro team di professionisti nel reparto Control Room per la sede di Cologno Monzese e di Roma.

La risorsa si occuperà, in particolare, di assistere da remoto, tramite software dedicati, le squadre di installatori elettricisti che lavorano su impianti di monitoraggio ed efficientamento energetico, e di svolgere attività di helpdesk fornendo assistenza telefonica e via mail.

Quali saranno le tue responsabilità:- Reazione di report sull’andamento degli impianti e sulle specifiche assistenze;- Gestione degli alert e configurazione di regole sui sistemi aziendali.

**Il tuo profilo**:
Cosa pensiamo di trovare in te?Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore, preferibilmente ITIS, Liceo scientifico o altre scuole tecniche;- Buona conoscenza di MS Office (in particolare Excel);- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana;- Conoscenza di base di impianti elettrici, elettronica e informatica;- Propensione al lavoro in team e buone capacità relazionali;- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale.
