The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.

We are offering a 3/6 months experience in Planning and Control within Consolidation and Segment Reporting Italy unit which is responsible for managing, for Unicredit SpA perimeter, and for coordinating, for other Legal Entity under Italy perimeter, all planning and monitoring processes.

You will actively support the team in:

- Carry out actual monthly data segmentation for P&L, BS e RWA data in accordance to “Controllo di Gestione” and accounting evidences;
- Support the Top Management in the performance analysis on Italy perimeter, providing a understanding of economic and financial results and interacts with different internal stakeholder
- Based on the analysis of both historical and recent trends, provide insights on Italy P&L and Balance Sheets figure in terms of dynamics, risks and opportunities to better understand profitability and productivity sources across the segments of customers.
- Define yearly targets at both divisional and commercial levels

Requisiti

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master in Business/Economics/Finance or quantitative discipline
- Strong interest in analysing P&L, Balance Sheet figures and KPIs
- Excellent academic records
- Fully proficiency level of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power Point); SAS language knowledge is preferred
- Fluency in English
- Ability to prioritize activities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Team work and cooperation
- Proactivity, flexibility and a positive attitude toward change and innovation
- Full-time availability
