**Your Role**

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist position on Natural Trainer brand in the Specialty Business Unit based in Milan.

The Trade Marketing Specialist will be accountable for ensuring our brands growth in the specialist channel (petshop chains and independent stores) and vet channel, managing all the trade marketing levers to execute brands strategies.

**What you will do**
- Collaborate to the POS strategy definition, consistently with the brand strategy, defining: assortment guidelines per channel; promotional and visibility guidelines
- Develop brand POS materials catalogue to ensure proper visibility in store
- Lead Sell In/Sell out performance analysis on a monthly basis and by customers to have a clear understanding of drivers / drainers and define an action plan, if needed.
- Monitor competition activities to better detect market trends
- Support in developing brand annual activity plan, align with key stakeholders (sales, operations, customer service); evaluate ROI of the key initiatives and get promo learnings
- Work transversally with the direct and indirect sales team structure, with the local Marketing Team and the Supply Chain team, building strong and trusted relationships with the cross-functional team

**What we are looking for**
- University Degree on Business, Economics or similar
- 2/3 years of experience in a trade marketing position within a FMCG business
- An experience on the field is a nice to have
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Problem solving and team working attitude
- Good organizational and communication skills
