L’azienda Afs Service S.r.l. è alla ricerca di una risorsa come Sustainability Intern da inserire nell’organico a supporto del Sustainability Manager e contribuirà attivamente allo sviluppo della strategia aziendale di sostenibilità e all’implementazione di progetti e strumenti al suo supporto. La risorsa avrà il compito di gestire la redazione dei piani di sostenibilità, individuando le aree di investimento e occupandosi di gestire i KPI.

Le mansioni che dovrà svolgere saranno:

- Supportare la raccolta ed elaborazione dei dati provenienti dalle diverse aree aziendali per la redazione del Bilancio di Sostenibilità e per il calcolo dei KPI aziendali;
- Contribuire all’implementazione di sistemi di valutazione dei fornitori, ai fini di una loro qualificazione e miglioramento delle performance di sostenibilità;
- Collaborare alla definizione di bisogni formativi interni in tema di sostenibilità e dei contenuti di comunicazione interna, da veicolare ai dipendenti;
- Collaborare con tutti i team aziendali per migliorare l’integrazione dei temi di sostenibilità, promuovere nuovi progetti e monitorare l’avanzamento dei progetti già implementati.

E’ richiesto un livello avanzato della lingua inglese.

La risorsa verrà assunta con un contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato e svolgerà un orario full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 18:00

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
