As the Color Service Manager you will report to the Technical Service & Training Solutions Manager and will be the country color expert for PPG Refinish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Car Makers and Yacht builders color styling departments to develop new color tendencies using PPG’s current technologies
- Work with Marketing team in the development of color sales proposition package (tools and training modules)
- Manage the Color Training sessions for PPG employees and Customers (Collision/CT & LIC segments) both in the PPG training center and on customer site (distributors and end-users)
- Coordinate the Color Customer Service supporting the Collision, CT and LIC Sales Teams in the Color development service and Color complains management through the EMEA Central Laboratories
- Maintain the Color Database (GRID) and partner with call center operator and central teams to ensure that all information is correct & available to support customer service
- Be the reference person in the country regarding the products quality/performance complains and manage the CAIR process. Work in collaboration with Technical Service Manager ensure the right process is deployed on time and in full (technical issue investigation and closure time) providing excellent customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Chemistry Diploma or Degree
- 3+ years experience in Color development (R&D, lab or similar)
- Market and customer-oriented
- Good project management skills
- Public speaking skills
- Proficient English
- IT software skills
- 50% of your time being itinerant in the field
- Availability to travel
