Automation Specialist

We are currently seeking an **Automation Specialist **who will report to the Technical Services Manager of **HEINEKEN Italia** Plant in Comun Nuovo

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

The Automation Specialist reporting to the Engineering Manager is responsible for the plant's maintenance and improvement activities in the area of Automation and Cyber security. He/she will also be responsible for the implementation of the plant's digitalization roadmap.
- Supervises and safely executes maintenance/improvement activities according to Heineken standards
- Collecting requirements of automation system improvement from the Plant and leads the design, plan and execution phases respecting costs and deadline.
- Owner of network infrastructure, updates and proposes investments for continuous improvement
- Owner of automation and electrical network upgrading projects
- Supervises back-up process, possibly providing operational support to Maintenance Engineering and Production for relevant issues on the lines.
- Plant referent for Cyber Security and he/she is connected to the PCD community of OPCO and Region.
- Coordinates the activities of the Automation Technician and follow his/her growth
- Supports the growth of Electrical Technician in the automation area
- Referent of Automation and Electrical Maintenance contract for the plant
- Guides the plant's Digital agenda as Digital Pillar Leader and is connected to the Digital community of OPCO and Region
- Basic engineering design (eventually coordinating external consultants)

- Programming and maintenance of industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet and ASI networks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Fluent English language
