Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Ali Professional for NOTINO ITALIA, a fast growing e-commerce company in the beauty sector, is looking for

**WAREHOUSE SHIFT SUPERVISORS**

Provide effective leadership to all Warehouse Associates to ensure the Distribution Center will meet or exceed all established goals. Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly planning and performance of the DC, focus on inbound and outbound activities.
- Responsible for development, presentation and implementation of all performance reviews and performance improvement plans,
- Involved in any recruitment requirements including interviewing and decision making in conjunction with the Site Manager and Human Resources,
- Development and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly Action Plans to meet DC performance expectations. Establish targets and motivate Associates to achieve the DC goals,
- Analyze and investigate operation procedures/work with the Inbound Manager / Outbound Manager/Site Manager to make improvements where appropriate and execute the changes,
- Accurate communication and implementation of Notino policies and procedures and follow up to ensure Associate compliance as well as providing feedback to superior officers and colleagues,
- Required to communicate effectively with various internal sources to resolve warehouse inventory and service issues,
- Ensure all Health and Safety guidelines are enforced, and concerns resolved,
- Responsible to prepare payroll documentation as well as evaluation of Associates,
- Oversees and process personnel attendance according to local legislation, planning vacation,
- Task assignment, operation task prioritization,
- Is responsible to keep correct stock level of material available to not endanger operation of the DC,
- Responsibility for KPI results (Department, own, subordinates),
- Oversees capacity of all - even 3rd party partners - and plans / reacts to any occurring changesc,
- Is responsible for continuous improvements relevant to entrusted department, ensure following standards in visualization, organization, mandatory information records etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years in similar position - Team leader or higher; preferably Supervisor in logistic field,
- High School diploma; bachelor's degree it is a plus,
- Medium or advanced PC operation skills (Office 365, Google office, project management tools, task manager tools, basic debugging,...),
- English B2/C1,
- Professional approach,
- Personal skills like: organization; responsibility; proactivity; dexterity; attention to detail; team player.
