**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a **Junior EHS Specialist** to temporarily join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team at RECORDATI - Campoverde Chemical Plant, providing support to daily operations within a structured industrial environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- support the EHS team in ensuring the site operates safely and in full compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations;
- Contribute to risk assessments and the identification of preventive and protective measures;
- support EHS Manager in the relevant EHS issues by guaranteeing that EHS problems are correctly managed;
- Help prepare EHS procedures and instructions and documentation;
- Prepare and deliver training sessions on EHS topics, and support the organization of training programs for internal personnel;
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of EHS-related management software tools;
- Support the update and management of risk documentation;
- Collaborate with other departments to provide technical and regulatory support;
- Contribute to maintaining environmental certifications (e.g. ISO 14001) and environmental permits (e.g. AIA);
- Take part in internal audits and periodic checks of the management systems.

**Required Education**
- Master Degree in Engineering (e.g. preferably Chemical, Industrial) or equivalent school background

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, proactive attitude;
- Good English knowledge;
- **Nice to have**: previous experience in chemical or industrial plants; basic knowledge of key HSE regulations (e.g. D.Lgs. 81/08, D.Lgs. 105/15, D.Lgs. 152/06, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
