**Responsibilities**
Your to-do list:
Audience Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to target and engage specific audience segments.
- Utilize data and analytics to create audience personas and refine targeting parameters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with audience needs and preferences.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Oversee the selection, integration, and management of advertising technology tools and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AdTech to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Utilize web analytics tools and data to measure and report on the success of ad campaigns.
- Create comprehensive reports to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use Multi-Touch Attribution Modeling and other relevant techniques to assess the impact of campaigns.
Compliance and Privacy:
- Ensure compliance with relevant advertising regulations and privacy standards.
- Safeguard customer data and uphold data protection policies
Adops & tagging:
- Defining the correct tracking and conversion strategy, audience collection on the client's web properties in collaboration with internal agency teams (Planning, Programmatic, Biddable, Content, etc.) and external publishers.
- Manage the technical aspects of ad campaign setup, delivery, and tracking.
- Ensure proper ad tag implementation and troubleshoot ad delivery issues.
- Ensuring the development of tagging system functionality and continuous improvement in the e
- commerce context, both personally and with the support of external partners.
- Overseeing the implementation of first and third-party advertising tracking within the client's web properties.
- Coordinating troubleshooting activities within the client's entire technological stack.

With strong Ad Operations (Ad Ops) skills to join our team and be at the forefront of shaping our advertising strategy. If you're passionate about digital and possess expertise in both advertising technology and Ad Ops, we invite you to explore this opportunity.
**Your Profile**
**Qualifications**:
If in your past experience:
- +4 years’ experience in audience targeting, advertising technology, and digital marketing.
- Nice to have, knowledge of AdTech platforms, such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and others.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, adserver, data analysis, and reporting.
- Nice to have, Familiarity with Multi-Touch Attribution Modeling is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
