WITHIN YOUR TEAM
The HR Generalist will be the first point of contact for the HR department with regards to Human Resources operations related matters, policies and procedures.

**THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

**WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL**:
Assist and provide administration support in staffing activities
Manage employee life cycle (employment contract, probation period, termination process, etc)
Coordinate and organize new hire onboarding and orientation
Maintain personnel records of employees and ensure all vital paperwork and documents are filed in a timely manner
Supervise payroll for Videojet Italy
Manage admin process for training programs
Manage medical checks
Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Handle employee queries related to systems, claims, leave, benefits, etc.

**YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE**:
5+ years working in HR admin or Payroll function preferably in multinational companies
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Knowledge of basic HR and admin procedures as well as legal reporting requirements in Italy and Spain
Experience working with Workday will be advantageous
Excellent written and spoken Italian, Spanish and English skills
