Invoicing Specialist

La risorsa sarà inserita nella Business Unit Certificazione Area Nord e, in affiancamento al team dedicato, svolgerà attività inerenti ai temi di fatturazione, sistemi di gestione e controllo fatture dei fornitori del Gruppo Bureau Veritas all’interno del Team Invoicing.
In particolare, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Preparare ed emettere fatture ai clienti in modo accurato e nei tempi previsti;
- Ricevere e gestire le richieste dei clienti relative alla fatturazione e ai pagamenti;
- Ricevere le fatture dei fornitori, gestire eventuali richieste ed informare sulle tempistiche di pagamento;
- Identificare le opportunità di miglioramento dei processi e delle procedure di fatturazione;
- Fornire supporto e sostegno alle altre funzioni contabili e commerciali quando necessario.
**Cosa ricerchiamo per avere successo in questa posizione?**
- Titolo di studi: Diploma Ragioneria/Laurea Triennale;
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli amministrativi o contabili;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolar modo Excel.
La risorsa ideale è una persona dinamica, proattiva e dotata di buone doti comunicative.
È previsto un inserimento con contratto di tipo subordinato commisurato all’esperienza della risorsa selezionata.
