Per il nostro cliente, importante realtà multinazionale del settore della GDO, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo di Total Reward Manager.

Il **Total Reward Manager** ha l'obiettivo di assicurare e garantire che le politiche aziendali retributive siano in linea con il mercato e attrattive per i collaboratori.
- Elabora i pacchetti retributivi: retribuzione base, incentivi e benefit;
- Conduce ricerche di mercato, intrattenendo rapporti con agenzie esterne, per stabilire le pratiche retributive e strutture salariali al fine di attrarre, motivare e trattenere i dipendenti;
- Gestisce lo sviluppo ed il mantenimento della struttura salariale secondo le direttive aziendali;
- Monitora tutte le pratiche retributive ed i programmi per valutarne l'efficacia ed al contempo garantirne la sostenibilità;
- Effettua una revisione annuale dei programmi di retribuzione aziendale e sviluppa raccomandazioni per gli aggiornamenti della struttura salariale;
- Disegna ed implementa lo schema di incentivi per tutta l’azienda;
- Valuta l’efficacia ed il grado di soddisfazione dei sistemi di incentivazione per i collaboratori;
- Monitora l’andamento dei KPIs relativi agli MBO e gare;
- Trasmette le schede di pagamento all’ufficio payroll;
- E‘ responsabile di disegnare ed implementare il programma di _total reward_ con una comunicazione efficace;
- Sviluppa ed aggiorna policy e processi HR relativi alla propria area affinché siano allineate al modello organizzativo, al mercato ed ai bisogni aziendali;
- É responsabile della corretta gestione del personale espatriato;
- Si rapporta con consulenti e amministrazioni pubbliche per la gestione del trattamento fiscale;
- Si interfaccia con Corporate per la parte di incentivazione.
- Laurea magistrale in discipline economiche e affini;
- Consolidata esperienza di almeno 5 anni in contesti di **consulenza HR** o in **aziende modernamente organizzate** e strutturate;
- Conoscenza delle principali practice di mercato in ambito di definizione di politiche retributive e piani di benefit;
- Conoscenza delle metodologie di Job Evaluation;
- Conoscenza della normativa fiscale vigente applicabile alle politiche retributive e di benefit;
- Conoscenza delle principali nozioni giuslavoristiche e relative al CCNL;
- Principali concetti di costo del personale;
- Conoscenza base dei principali applicativi informativi HR (es: SAP HR) e Microsoft Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
