We are looking for a HSE Culture and Training Manager who has a solid knowledge of the HSE culture programs with 10 years of experience in a similar role in medium-large multinational companies. She/he will in charge of designing HSE culture and training programs, providing guidance to the Group while monitoring relevant KPIs.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Needs analysis and identification, in collaboration with the other competent Units, of training initiatives in the field of environmental protection, workers health and safety.
- Development and implementation of internal behavioral and leadership in safety program.
- Identification of internal communication initiatives aimed at spreading a corporate culture aimed at protecting the health and safety of workers and the environment.
- Definition of guidelines for the preparation of HSE training plans of the Operating Units and monitoring their implementation.
- Implementation of approved HSE training and communication plans, in coordination with other company representatives, making use of the possible contribution of companies and/or external consultants. Subsequent monitoring to ensure adequacy and effectiveness.
- Supervision of regulatory requirements in terms of HSE training, ensuring its adequate implementation in the company in coordination with the other competent departments.
- Preparation of reports and institutional documents on HSE training to be transmitted to the corporate bodies and management.
- Execution of audit activities aimed at monitoring the service levels of the training initiatives provided in the training facilities of the Operating Units.
- Identification of reference standards and tools for promoting Health and Safety in the workplace and environmental protection, through the analysis and systematic comparison with the best practices of the Sector, with the aim of supporting their adoption.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in health and safety trainer certifications as per Italian legislation and/or international standard (NEBOSH) may be a preferential title.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of working experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry or consultancy.
- Italian, Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish is appreciated.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
