**VIE CIB Export Finance, Junior Analyst - Milan, M/F**

**Your daily routine ?**

You will support Export Finance Italy team and, from time to time, DACH and Madrid teams, in origination and execution of export credit deals with the support of the Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) from these regions.

You will support the roll-out of the initiatives through market data analysis, assess potential target products/markets, interact with Coverage to identify and launch suitable promotional activities, set up pipeline database, share directories, tool boxes, contact lists, visit plans, etc.

You will assist in the preparation of client pitches, studying financing opportunities originated by the commercial network or by the team, performing preliminary due diligence and data collection. You will determine structure and pricing scenarios and make comparisons with alternative financing products (debt, loans). You will draft preliminary term sheets and liaise with ECAs.

You will act as backup to deal team's Originators, Transactors during deal negotiation till closing, specifically in respect of the credit and documentation process (due diligence, financial modelling, sensitivities, risk analysis, ECA insurance policy, guarantee, etc).

You will support the team in performing transversal projects to the benefit of the whole EF franchise.

Our task is originating, structuring and managing Export Credits financing large scale investment projects worldwide and in all capital-intensive industry sectors. Our clients are corporates and sovereigns in both emerging and mature markets.

You will develop close business relations within the international network of Export Finance and with other departments of BNP Paribas, namely Coverage and FI.

**Are you our next VIE** **?**

You have a master degree majoring in Economics, Finance.

You have gained first experience (internships and work-study program included) in corporate banking, export finance or another structured finance business line, preferably within a financing institution.

You have a solid professional and educational background on corporate banking for European large caps - structured financing, DCM and export finance -, cash-flow analysis, financial modelling. You have knowledge of the main ECA financing schemes.

You are familiar with ESG topics and show an understanding of the impact of climate change mitigation, adaptations policies on the main industry sectors.

You speak fluent English and French. Italian is a plus.

MS Excel, Bloomberg no longer hold any secrets for you.

You show good teamwork and organisational skills. You are commercially-minded, eager to take up new challenges, diligent and flexible.
